Shipping from Switzerland to the EU

We are based in Switzerland and ship our physical products, such as CDs, merchandise and original artwork, from Switzerland. Switzerland is not part of the European Union customs territory.

This means that orders shipped to EU countries may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, customs charges and handling fees in the destination country.

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs unless explicitly stated during checkout. They may be collected by the local customs authority, postal service or delivery provider in your country.

Important: For most EU orders, any import charges are payable by the recipient upon or before delivery.

EU customs changes from July 2026

From 1 July 2026, the EU is introducing additional customs charges for low-value shipments below EUR 150 imported from non-EU countries, including Switzerland. According to Swiss Post, a customs charge of EUR 3 may apply per declared item line / HS code. From 1 November 2026, an additional EUR 2 per shipment may apply.

For example, a single CD shipped from Switzerland to an EU country may therefore lead to additional import costs being charged by the delivery provider before or at delivery.

  • These charges are usually paid by the recipient upon or before delivery.
  • The exact amount depends on the destination country, the goods ordered and the local delivery provider.

We declare our shipments with the required product description, value, country of origin and customs tariff information. However, we cannot control or waive import charges imposed by customs authorities or delivery providers in the destination country.

Legal guarantee for goods

Customers in the European Union benefit from statutory consumer rights when purchasing goods. These rights apply independently of any voluntary commercial warranty that may be offered by a seller or manufacturer.

The legal guarantee is provided by law and should not be confused with a voluntary commercial warranty. Depending on the applicable national law, consumers may have additional rights beyond the minimum protection provided under EU law.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable consumer law.
