Shipping from Switzerland to the United States

We are based in Switzerland and ship certain physical products directly from Switzerland. Due to the current customs, import and processing requirements for commercial shipments from Switzerland to recipients in the United States, we are currently unable to offer direct shipping of our physical music CDs under commercially reasonable conditions.

Important: This restriction applies to physical music CDs shipped directly by Noah Bichsel Musicproduction from Switzerland. It does not automatically apply to merchandise or other product categories.

Why are CDs currently unavailable?

Our physical music CDs are manufactured by HOFA GmbH in Germany, delivered to us in Switzerland and subsequently stored, packed and shipped directly by Noah Bichsel Musicproduction.

Shipping a single CD to the United States currently results in costs that are disproportionately high compared with the value of the product.

All amounts shown below are in Swiss francs (CHF) and reflect our current costs for shipping a single CD from Switzerland to the United States.

In other words, shipping and import processing alone would add CHF 28.00 to a CD priced at CHF 19.90, resulting in a total cost of CHF 47.90.

Rather than hiding these costs in the product price or charging US customers a disproportionately high amount for a single CD, we have currently decided not to offer direct CD shipping to the United States.

The amounts shown above reflect our current shipping and processing costs for a typical single-CD order. They may change if postal, customs or carrier charges change. Any currency conversion performed by a payment provider or financial institution may also use its own exchange rate and fees.

Product availability

Physical music CDs

Orders for physical music CDs with a delivery address in the United States are currently not available.

If an order containing a physical CD is nevertheless submitted for delivery to the United States, we may cancel the affected CD item and refund the corresponding amount.

Official Noah Beatz merchandise

This restriction does not apply to official Noah Beatz merchandise fulfilled through Printful.

Merchandise such as T-shirts, hoodies and accessories is generally produced on demand and shipped through Printful and/or its fulfilment partners.

These products may therefore be available for delivery to customers in the United States independently of our direct CD shipping restrictions.

Actual availability, shipping method, delivery time and shipping cost for merchandise are determined during checkout based on the product, delivery address and available fulfilment location.

Other products

The CD shipping restriction described on this page does not automatically apply to other product categories.

Available destinations are determined during checkout and may depend on the product type, carrier availability, customs requirements and other operational or legal restrictions.
