No Shipping to the United States

Due to the current customs and import regulations enacted and enforced by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), the shipment of goods from Switzerland to recipients within the United States is not permissible under conditions that are commercially or procedurally reasonable.

The applicable regulations require:

• mandatory advance electronic transmission of detailed customs data,
• pre-payment of all import duties, taxes and administrative charges by the sender,
• and compliance with additional procedural obligations that exceed what can be fulfilled within a standard commercial transaction.

As a result, all orders specifying a delivery address within the United States will be automatically rejected and cancelled. This policy applies without exception.
